From October 27th to 28th, the Talent Recruitment Conference for Innovation and Development of Henan, China, jointly organized by Henan Provincial Committee and Government and Western Returned Scholars Association (Overseas-educated Scholars Association of China), was held in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. YANG Zhonghua, HENU Party Committee member and vice president, was invited to attend the opening ceremony.

In this activity, HENU and CAS Institute of Process Engineering signed on-site contracts on personnel training and scientific research cooperation. More than 150 postdoctoral researchers of HENU participated in the “Post-doctoral Science and Technology Service Group (Henan Travel Activity of Returned Overseas Scholars)”. A total of 24 postdoctoral students proposed 43 postdoctoral science and technology docking projects.
