The launching of “Scientific research and talent cultivation interactive promoting plan” was held in meeting room of the Institute of Central Plain Development on the afternoon of Sep. 9, 2020. Object of the plan is to form and accelerate the interaction and coordination mechanism between education and science research. It should carry out science spirits, advocate culture of innovation, develop scientific thinking, and make best use of scientific research to benefit the talent cultivation. The main task of the plan is to establish long term mechanism for cultivating future research, and help more students improve practical abilities and ideological characters through the fusing process of studying and researching. The first batch of students participated in this promoting plan is selected from each school of Henan University, who major in different subjects that cover economy\statistics\mathematics software engineering\sociology\journalism and so on. These students will first be divided into several groups with background of multiply subjects according to the research plan, and take part in academic activities of the Institute of Central Plain Development. Secondly they will participate in different research programs and get systematic and academic training under directing of tutors.
