Chen Weidong, professor, is a doctoral supervisor. His main research focuses on two fields: one is the research on the molecular mechanism of nuclear receptors and membrane receptors in inflammation and digestive tract diseases; the second is the identification of related drug targeting and the purification and preparation of proteins and natural products. He is now the director of the Key Laboratory of Medical College of Henan University. He is the outstanding youth of Science and technology Innovation of Henan Province, science and technology innovation talents of Colleges and universities of Henan Province, academic and technological leader of Education Department of Henan Province, Academic and technological leader of Henan Province, distinguished Professor of Henan Province. In 2015, he was selected as a national candidate of the national “Millions of Talents Project”, and was awarded the honorary title of “National Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions”.
